Two plague doctors in beaked leather masks and hooded robes push a wooden handcart down a rubble-strewn street, the cart loaded with the day's collection and a single lantern swinging from the frame.
Collection runs daily. Please have your dead at the curb before the cart passes, as the cart does not double back and the route is not negotiable. Bodies left inside the residence will be logged as a second visit and billed at the second-visit rate.
Thank you for your cooperation during this difficult period.
